- Yes! Our agents are licensed in both Iowa and Nebraska, covering most of the southwest Iowa region; as well as eastern Nebraska. Our agents are members of the Southwest Iowa MLS and Omaha Association Board of Realtors MLS. The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) allows real estate companies and it's agents to share information and allows access to sell all properties that are currently on the market.

You should consider several factors such as convenice to schools, shopping, access to major highways or interstates or even the amount of commuting you will have to get to your job. Our realtors are here to assist you with all these important factors in helping you locate an area that's right for your needs.
- How do I know what price range to look in when finding a home?
- Your first step is to contact a mortgage or loan officer of a bank or mortgage company. They can, at no charge to you, review your credit history and will determine the amount of a loan that you qualify for and also the best type of loan that fits your needs.
